Full payment is due upfront to secure your date. This locks in your trip — no balance due on the day.
We accept Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment details are sent once your date is confirmed.
If you cancel, your payment is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for any available date within the operating season.
The captain makes the final weather call. If we cancel due to weather, your trip will be rescheduled for another available date.
All guests sign a quick liability waiver before boarding. A digital copy is sent with your booking confirmation.
Life jackets required for kids under 13 — bring your own kids' jackets. Captain has final say on all safety decisions.
